Grandview Capital provides hands-free Forex trading services by connecting clients to one or more proprietary trading systems. You understand that trading involves risk, and while we strive for consistent results, we do not guarantee profits.
You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm the integrity of our platform, services, or community.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Setup & Access
To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account or provide access to a trading account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process and to keep your credentials secure.
4. Fees & Billing
A one-time setup fee and monthly subscription fee are required to use our trading services. Fees vary based on your account size and selected systems, and are clearly disclosed at checkout.
All fees are in USD and are non-refundable after 30 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of your initial setup and monthly fee.
After 30 days, all payments are final and non-refundable.
6. No Investment Advice
Grandview Capital does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are for informational and execution purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on our Services.
7. Risk Disclosure
Forex trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept that trading results vary and that there is no guarantee of profit.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and systems, are the property of Grandview Capital and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm our reputation, operations, or clients.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grandview Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

⚠ No refunds are available after 30 days. Ongoing monthly fees are non-refundable after this period.
